This batch was made with 100% capn agaves Bicuixe capn two year, and Espadn capn one year. Approximately 900kg of two year capn wild Bicuixe plants and nearly equal weight of one year capn Espadn were harvested in the days surrounding the full moon of late September 2021, and crafted into 200L of a sweet, savory, and complex batch typical of the region. Pops of melon
