Dallas Dhu 28 Year Old OMC 20yo caramel and subtle hints ofA single cask release of the closed Speyside distillery Dallas Dhu, bottled by Douglas Laing under their Old Malt Cask (OMC) range. Distilled in November 1976, matured for 28 years in a refill sherry butt cask and bottled in March 2005 with a total out turn of 422 bottles. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 50%.
