Bubb + Pooley Pinot Noir 2023 Variety_Vermentino and this wine just mushroomsThe Bubb + Pooley Pinot Noir is sourced from three different vineyards in the Coal River Valley, including our very own vineyard. Fermented and matured in our tulip shaped concrete vessel, plus a small percentage of French oak. This is a stunning pinot that needs time in a decanter to open up. Cherry and earthy tones. Berries, cherries and plum, subtle smoke and savoury earthiness on the palate.
