Inside Colorado State Capitol Presentation:Print Only Situated on a hill there

Situated on a hill there is the extra hint of power of the building as you look up climbing the steps to the building

Zooming into the scene and using a exposure which is longer then what you can handhold I was able to capture the motion of the water as it made its way over the rock and further down the river

and once I got to Dream Lake it just started to howl

thus I waited a few minutes for the water to turn on again and captured this image

Earlier this month while walking near the capitol I decided to head inside to see of the activity. While most everything was taking place in committees and not on the House or Senate floor it was still nice to take a peek inside. As I walked around the building I looked for some photographs and captured this image in the southern section of the building
