Gelston's 25 Year Old 2003 by independent bottler AdelphiA triple distilled single malt from Ireland, matured exclusively in ex bourbon casks. This has been sourced from an Irish distillery that isn't specified, however, all signs indicate it was produced at Bushmill's. Non chillfiltered and bottled at a cask strength of 52. 4%. Nose: Very tropical, passion fruit, mango and red berries with hints of vanilla ice cream Palate: The palate gives more tropical fruit, hints of spice, fruit salad and custard
