Marc Hebrart Blanc de Blancs Champagne Laphroaig It radiates with explosions ofProduced from 100% Chardonnay, this Blanc de Blancs is a blend of 15% Grand Cru fruit from Oiry and Chouilly, and 85% Premier Cru fruit from Mareuil sur A. Each parcel is vinified separately and gently pressed using a Bucher press. Fermentation takes place in glass lined stainless steel and ceramic tanks, with some older vine parcels undergoing barrel fermentation and indigenous yeast fermentation.
