It has great aromatic complexity and is medicinal, floral and fruit driven, with notes of cloves, peach and bay leaf. This comes from small plots of 25 to 40 year old vines, and it fermented with indigenous yeasts after 10 hours of maceration with the skins. But what makes this wine stand apart is the fact that it was kept in stainless steel for 10 years
