Caroni 23 Year Old Rum Single & Single Port Charlotte dark berries and the fragrantThe first single cask rum release from South African based independent bottler Single & Single. Made from molasses with traditional column distillation and no added sugar or flavouring. Distilled on 31 December 1997 and matured for 23 years (11 years in Trinidad and 12 years in the UK) in a refill ex bourbon barrel. Packaged in a specially crafted leather sleeve. Only 106 bottles were produced. Bottled at a cask strength of 64%. Nose: Amazing nose.
