Daftmill 2008 Summer Release Jameson peat smoke with iodine andDESCRIPTION From one of the newer and harder to find Scottish distilleries, this Daftmill release is one of two annual expressions from the craft Daftmill distillery in the Lowlands. Produced from optic barley harvested in the last week of August 2006 and stored on the farm to be malted in Alloa during the summer of 2007. Distilled in 2008, matured for 12 years in six ex bourbon barrels and bottled in 2019. 1,760 bottles were produced. Bottled at 46%.
