Starting with a single peptide matching your primary goal lets you: Assess individual response Reduce initial investment Add peptides strategically based on results If injury healing is your goal, start with BPC-157 alone before considering TB-500 addition
The synthesis of isotope containing cleavable biotin tags [L-Valine-N-Fmoc ( 13 C 5 , 15 N 1 )] is usually expensive and low yield, but recently, a more cost-effective version of light and heavy isotopes of IA-alkyne tags (Figure 5C) has been developed ( Quantitative Thiol Reactivity Profiling (QTRP) In a strategy similar to isoTOP-ABPP, a quantitative thiol reactivity profiling (QTRP) approach was introduced for Oxi-proteomics analysis in which IAM-alkyne probes are used together with click chemistry for light and heavy isotope labeling ( N -(prop-2-yn-1-yl)acetamide, IPM, Figure 5C) coupled with isotopically light ( 12 C) and heavy ( 13 C) UV-cleavable azido-biotin tags via a click chemistry reaction (CuAAC) (Figure 8)

Warmly Dr Jill I appreciate the response, and perhaps you are the exception to my view of functional/integrative/alternative medicine doctors, but even with a fairly straightforward situation (homozygous a1298c but none of the other problematic methylation SNPs one reads about), I cant seem to get a coherent recommendation
