I had this side effects too..Got Sinopharm first dose..On my first day i had heart palpitations, shortness of breath, difficulty of breathing, increased bp..My 5th day is the worst, my heart is pounding like it will explode..I wasnt able to sleep the whole night because of my palpitations and difficulty of breathing..I felt better and went to bed at 5:30 am already..i consulted a doctor and she told me that it could be acid or gas..and she did not advice me to get the 2nd dose anymore
