I find this to be an awesome supplement that i use in combination with my orange triad or adonis multivitamin based supplements to improve overall energy levels and work to get rid of any dieting based lethargy, i also recommend taking this at a dose of at least 2 grams per day which i have found to be the minimum effective dose to provide a decent boost in improving fat loss progress, this version from Nutrex is available in a great tasting liquid form, i have tried the green apple flavour which has a nice clean fruit like taste to it and is not overpowering or sickly like some other apple flavoured supplements that i have tried, i also like the fact that this provides 3 grams of L-Carnitine per 29.6ml serving which works well when taken in 2 half 15ml servings one in the morning and one pre workout to allow for more effective absorption of this supplement
