Talia which has been aged for 25 years has been aged in three different woods ex bourbon, ex sherry and ex whisky casks with a finishing in new American oak. Bottled at cask strength with little filtration to preserve the natural flavours and oils. A spicy complex malt which won a double gold at San Francisco Spirits competition in 2017 is elegant with sweet oaky and hints of citrus fruit.
