La Venenosa Raicilla Costa 70cl Paxton showing ripe red apple andThis Raicilla Costa has aromas of gravel, rubber inner tubes and old wood smoke, unusual and very like a Mezcal. The palate is sweeter than the aroma and has notes of pepper spice with orchard fruit. The finish is rather herbal with a hint of menthol. This Raicilla is produced by Maestro Tabernero Don Alberto Hernndez in the village of Llano Grande of the coastal region Cabo Corrientes, 700 metres above sea level. Don Alberto cultivates a mix of
