Domaine des Chezeaux Griotte-Chambertin Ponsot 2010 BFCM23FLASH Pretty and ethereal Pinot NoirThis bottling reflects one of Burgundy's more unusual arrangements: Domaine des Chezeaux owns the Griotte Chambertin vines, but contracts Domaine Ponsot to farm, vinify, and bottle the wine. So while the front label reads Chezeaux, what's in the bottle is effectively a Ponsot Griotte same hands, same cellar, same 100% destemming approach. Griotte itself is one of the smallest grand crus on the Cte de Nuits (just 2. 7 hectares). The name is often
