Domaine Delaporte Sancerre Rose Chavignol 2016 Color:Rose Appearance: Rich ruby red andA pale dry Pinot Noir ros from the Loire Valley. Nearly as pale as the palest Provence ros, but with a bolder redder tinge. Really clean and dry with more mineral drive and pert structure, and strawberry and redcurrant characters leading to a clean crisp finish. Great aperitif, perfect drinking in a balmy Summer's garden, but with its touch more structure the Sancerre Ros accompanies light suppers, salads or soft cheeses with some elegance. Limpid
