Domaine de Grandpre Cotes de Provence Rose Cuvee Minotaure 2018 Bottle:12 Aromas of toasted oakWith its pale pink hue, this ros, made from 40 year old vines, shows refined aromas under a bouquet of white flowers, apricot, and garrigue. The mouth feel is round and powerful with a long finish of citrus. Pairs well with refined, sophisticated fare. A very classy ros made of Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvdre and Syrah. Typical pale colour with notes of strawberry and rhubarb. Palate is crisp and fresh with delicate, juicy red fruit and a mineral edge.
