Pauline and Geraud Fromont founded Domaine des Marnes Blanches in 2006 in the southern Jura, farming organically on the marl soils that name the domaine. Their Cremant du Jura is made in tiny quantities in the same method as Champagne, with the Jura's signature freshness and mineral cut. A characterful, dry sparkler that overdelivers, and a great alternative to
