I have textured the brass backplate with the skeletons of leaves. The skull is our reminder of our own mortality and the preciousness of our time here. It is also a good reminder to those around you that when you're wearing it, you're not to be fucked with ;) Cord is genuine leather, 42" from tip to tip.
