Having been harvested with a range of brix levels, they strive to capture both the mineral and tropical expressions of the grape. While having a sun lit, golden richness this wine is made is whole with freshness and brightness that keep you coming back for more. The wine is 100% barrel fermented and malolactic fermentation is blocked to keep the purity of fruit flavors in the forefront.
