Murano Glass Vase SQUARE Amethyst by Alessandro Mandruzzato Kitchen Utensils Five lithographies out of 250Murano glass vase SQUARE Amethyst is entirely handmade following the millenary Venetian tradition. It is manufactured in a furnace with temperatures reaching 1400C, where molten glass and coloured minerals blend. It is then encased in a crystal glass and finally blown into a mold that can roughly define a shape and a size. The object is left to cool down slowly in special ovens for 48 72 hours. In the Moleria, the glass creation is modelled by hand
