This fee only needs to be paid on a New Patch Design, or an upsize of an existing design. This fee will not apply to re orders of the same design. Designs can be re colored, and downsized at no additional charge. Example: You order a 12" patch in black and yellow. Later you want a 9" patch (of the same design) in white and green. You will not have
