Onyx and Opal Heart Conversion Pendant of 14k Gold anniversary charm This antique ring (circa 1870-1890)A striking design that blends antique craftsmanship with modern elegance. This pendant features a glossy onyx heart, crowned with a luminous opal star. Our jeweler created this unique piece by riveting an antique stickpin top (circa 1910) onto a vintage onyx heart, which was then expertly mounted in 14k gold. The pendant measures 1. 25 inches from the top of the bail to bottom by 1 inch wide and is accompanied by an 18 inch, 14k gold chain (as shown
