This pendant was originally an antique 14k gold hat pin (circa 1900-1910) transformed by twisting the gold filled pin stem and adding a 14k gold jump ring bail

you can see some discoloration in a smooth spot on the reverse where the pin stem was removed

The lapis measures 16mm from top to bottom by 15mm wide
