Made and matured exclusively in sherry casks this is exceptional and the deep amber colour shows the sherry influence. The aromas are of orchard summer fruits, apple dipped in honey with a touch of toasted oak. The palate showcases some sweetness, spice, citrus and baked peaches. Awards: Gold Medal
