Its best served with friends. Ferment it in a stainless steel tan, stir on lees, and then blend it with dry Riesling. This beautiful white wine has tropical fruit aromas and acidity typical of a traditional Sauvignon Blanc, but the addition of the Riesling adds beautiful floral notes and minerality.
