Limited to just 250 bottles per release, each edition offers a distinctive flavour profile shaped by carefully chosen oak casks and traditional ageing techniques. The inaugural bottling is a light gold rum matured in ex Oloroso sherry quarter casks. This unique ageing process imparts vibrant notes of soft banana and
