Aged in a series of barrels of various woods, it has a deeply aromatic flavour, with scents of ripe fruits, notes of tobacco, roasted coffee and hints of wood. Ingredients: Must of cooked grapes, aged wine vinegar. Aging: In series of antique small casks, dating back to the 1800s. Extracted once a year in a limited quantity. Producer The Giusti
