It feels rich, almost creamy, in your mouth but very fresh, with accents of star anise and cinnamon weaving in and around the crushed cherry berry fruit. A touch of cracked rock minerality and firm, fine, tannins give support to the fruit and spice marked finish that sails on nicely. A lovely match for
